"Very Good"
Great value for one night. The pool was warm and clear. Also, the jacuzzi was clear and hot -very nice! The pools stayed open till 12 AM. We stayed during the week so loudness was not a bother. The pool was not very busy after 9 PM. The room was clean. The beds were clean. Decent room for the price but you'll notice some wear and tear but I've seen worse. The wear and tear here was tolerable.

By my providing a copy of my confirmation, I D & CC , check-in was fast & E Z w/ Cheri , if I misspelled her name my apology. When my elderly sister arrived late at night from the airport , Cheri kindly also helped her to the room with her bags. There is limited staff so everyone seems to be helping out & reaching out to assist guests making it feel like family Easy E & W monitored access in & out of site & the location is wonderful for access to great restaurants, medical, tram, airport etc. & plenty of parking. We loved being able to walk right around the corner to the renowned Billy Reeds restaurant. No elevator to 2nd. floor but E Z split steps in covered stairwells. Handicap access lower level. Spacious rooms w/ fantastic in-room ac & heater combo for all seasons comfort management, Great door & windows security & oh yeah! super comfy beds. The room decor provides an at home comfy feel w/ the look of modern, mixed woods, metal & leather combination. Plenty of lighting but for aging eyes & lesser lighting needs, ambiance etc. Perhaps the option of a mix of soft or warm lighting vs all bright clear. No in-room coffee maker but just head to the lobby for coffee & a a microwave for heating water for tea etc. Need the front desk? No in-room phone, so grab your mobile. Pool , & spa area is indeed fantastic, just as shown online. Lots of covered lounges. There appeared to be a bar there but I did not get to try it. Will follow that up soon when I return for another overnight. Typical for all Palm Springs resorts, hotels, homes, parks etc. the winds, blowing sand, palm fronds, leaves & flowers making their landings in & around the beautiful pools, spas & grounds & any nook & cranny they can occupy, it is a constant battle to keep everything picture perfect even when walled in & w/ lots of shade coverings.

I like that the property was clean, kinda gave something more like a western hacienda style room. Staff was really nice with us attended us promptly upon arrival.

The lady on check in, I believe was the Manager. She was brilliant and check in was quick. The room and pool were way better than expected. If travelling solo or as a couple I would highly recommend this place.

The rooms were nice for the price. Comfortable Rooms. The pool area was nice with ample cabanas available. Dogs were allowed poolside, which was a huge plus. All of the staff were super-friendly and accommodating.

Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants. Most rooms are pool facing. Pool area is good too. The view of the mountains at a distance was breathtaking. The lady at the front desk was super friendly.
